OKO STEP 1 LIFT – Eyelash and eyebrow lamination composition No. 1

OKO STEP 1 LIFT is the first stage of lamination. This composition is in an alkaline environment and is responsible for breaking disulfide bonds , which ensures the hair structure is relaxed so that the active ingredients can effectively penetrate the inside of the hair.
