OKO Cream Oxidant 3% is specially designed for use with OKO Lash&Brow Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O.

 The unique formula of the liquid hybrid color and cream oxidizer 3% from the H2O series allows you to adjust the saturation of the coloring result based on the mixing ratio. The proportions can vary from 1:1 to 1:3

•  in a 1:1 ratio - you will achieve a more saturated result
•  in a ratio of 1:2 - will give a lighter result
•  in a ratio of 1:3 - will create the lightest shade
